Today we're opening the private beta for Ritelio Core and inviting a limited number of businesses to join as early adopters.
Why a private beta
Ritelio Core already runs point of sale, inventory, manufacturing, accounting, wholesale, purchasing, and team management on one connected platform. The features work. What we want now is a small group of real businesses running real transactions on it, so the next round of decisions gets made with actual usage instead of guesswork. That's what the beta is for, and why we're keeping it small on purpose.
What "early adopter" means
We're not opening sign-ups to everyone yet. Instead, we're onboarding a limited number of businesses directly, by hand, as early adopters. In plain terms, that means:
- Role. You try, subscribe to, and actually run part of your business on Ritelio Core while it's still in private beta, not just a demo or a sandbox.
- Responsibility. You give us feedback, report bugs, and tell other business owners about it if it works for you.
- Focus. Together we refine the product until it's ready for a much wider market, not just your business.
In exchange for getting in early and helping shape the product, early adopters also get:
- Early adopter pricing, locked in. Whatever rate you start on stays yours for as long as you're subscribed, even after plans and pricing change once we launch publicly.
- A direct line to the roadmap. You'll talk to the people actually building Ritelio Core, not a support queue. Feedback from early adopters has already shaped what shipped in Core and what's coming next.
- Hands-on onboarding. We set up your first branch ourselves and walk your team through it directly, not a help article you have to figure out alone.
Who this is for
Early adopter access is aimed at businesses that are ready to actually run on Ritelio Core now, not just evaluate it, retail and F&B operations juggling sales and stock across branches, manufacturers tracking BOMs and production costs, and wholesalers who need proper invoicing and receivables.
