Why I built Ritelio.
Most business owners can’t tell you, off the top of their head, whether last month actually made money. I’ve spent almost 20 years finding out why, as a digital business consultant sitting across the table from retailers, wholesalers, manufacturers, and hospitality owners. Some projects were about marketing, others about building a website, or designing the systems running underneath a business. But almost every time, I found the same thing: five or six different tools trying to run one business, a free app for stock, a spreadsheet for sales, an accountant, in-house or freelance, working from a system of their own.
None of it, the marketing, the website, the CRM, was ever the real bottleneck. The business itself had leaks nobody could see. That’s why I built Ritelio: not another tool to add to the pile, but the one place where the whole business actually lives.

Is Ritelio Core open to everyone right now?
Not yet. We’re in private beta and onboarding businesses by invitation as early adopters. Apply through the contact form below and we’ll reach out to get you set up.
Do I need to install anything?
No. Ritelio Core runs entirely in your web browser, on any device. There is nothing to download, and updates happen automatically.
Do I need to hire a consultant to get started?
No. Every screen includes built-in guides, a step-by-step walkthrough, and a glossary of business terms as soon as you log in. Most businesses set themselves up without outside help, a consultant is optional, not required.
Is my data safe?
Yes. Every business runs in its own isolated space, protected at the database level. Financial records are write-protected, and your data is stored securely in the cloud.
What happens when my free trial ends?
You can upgrade to a paid plan at any time and continue right where you left off, the products, sales, and settings you created during the trial all stay in place.
Can I bring my existing data?
Yes. You can import your products and customers from a CSV file in minutes, and export your data again at any time. Your data stays yours.
Can I manage more than one store?
Yes. Ritelio Core supports multiple branches and warehouses, with separate stock, staff, and reports per branch, plus a consolidated view of everything.
Does it support Indonesian tax rules?
Yes. Faktur Pajak, PPh 23 and PPh 4(2) withholding, and QRIS payments are built in, designed for how business actually works in Indonesia.
Can my staff use it in English or Indonesian?
Both. Every user can switch the app between English and Bahasa Indonesia at any time.
Does Ritelio support manufacturing businesses?
Yes. Ritelio includes Bills of Materials, Work Orders, and production costing, including subcontract (maklon) production, on top of the Ritelio Core you already use.
